Invercargill’s bright, spacious new clinic

We’ve moved to 33 Arena Avenue, just a stone’s throw from the old clinic at 80 Victoria Ave. Drop in to visit — you’ll find us right next door to Industry Café where the former A&P Showgrounds were once located.

The new clinic is spacious and bright, and filled with state-of-the-art hearing care technology. Accessibility was a prime concern when choosing the location, so it has loads of car parking and easy access, particularly for those with a disability or who are less mobile. ENT Southland has also moved with us and continue their weekly clinics.

What hasn’t changed is our commitment to excellent hearing health care. We’re the only independent clinic in the city and our advice is always based on a person’s genuine needs and budget.

During the covid-19 lockdown we had to rely on our hearing and technology to keep connected with family, friends and the news. And living in a small or isolated bubble could have highlighted hearing issues that made communication difficult for people with undiagnosed hearing loss.

Good hearing makes being in public environments and around family and friends comfortable and enjoyable again. So, if you’ve been holding back, now is the time to step forward. We have the capacity to provide timely, personal hearing health care to everyone who contacts us, and we’d love to welcome you to our clinic.

Our clients’ health and safety is foremost, and we have stringent hygiene and health protocols to ensure you’ll be safe in our care.

Many people don’t realise they may be eligible for a government subsidy, or that hearing aids are often less expensive than they expect. We have been able to access government subsidies for the majority of our clients, which makes hearing aids more affordable. And now is also a good time to take advantage of the in-clinic specials to celebrate our opening.
