To all our valued clients,
Late last week we were informed by the Ministry of Health that Audiology (as part of Allied Health) is exempt from the Public Health Response Order 2021, meaning we cannot ask clients to provide proof of their vaccine status. This information differs from previous guidance we were provided with and our company’s announcement of last week. We now only require clients to register with the QR Covid tracer app, or manually enter our log book details when attending our clinics for appointments. We also require clients to wear a face mask.
Please note, all of our staff have been fully vaccinated and encourage clients and their families to do so for the greater protection of the community.
Across all of our clinics we will ensure social distancing and regular sanitisation of all work spaces and clinical equipment. We will also be screening prior to client appointments to ensure everyone is healthy, not had cold or flu like symptoms and not been in contact with anyone with Covid like symptoms. We will be happy to reschedule appointments to the earliest convenient date if you’re feeling unwell.
