Our annual Let's Connect day was recently held in Dunedin. We take customer care seriously which is why each year we take away our team for a day to focus on the business and you, the customer. We're always working on bettering our ourselves to make us more efficient, more understanding of your needs and to improve our customer service.
Our gathering this year reminded us just how big our network of clinics has become with now 10 clinics throughout Southland and Otago and more than 30 staff in the Audiology South team!
As a part of our Let's Connect day our undeniably creative team took part in a vase painting challenge where the winning and runner up designs chose the charity to donate to. With an awesome display of teamwork, the two winners combined their winnings for a total of $1,500 to go towards Youthline. Youthline is a “with youth, for youth” organisation that has been supporting young people throughout Aotearoa New Zealand for more than 50 years.
If you’ve been wondering how new hearing aid technology could help you or someone close to you our current 14-day trial campaign could be just the ticket! Try Unitron’s latest technology for 14 days with absolutely no strings attached - if you fall in love with your new hearing then by all means purchase them or simply return them back with zero cost - what could be better?!
As always, we love to hear how we are going. Feel free to drop us a line or send us ideas of what you’d like to see in our Sounding Board newsletter.
