If your hearing aids are fully or partially funded through ACC, and they use batteries, read on for a change in how you order replacement batteries through icanhear.co.nz.
What you need to know:
OneLink's* hearing aid battery reorder service icanhear has an updated website. In the past, you may have called Audiology South to order batteries on your behalf through the icanhear portal. Moving forward, you can order batteries directly through the now easier-to-use website.
Are you a new user to icanhear.co.nz?
You will need to "create a new account" (please have your claim number and date-of-birth on-hand). Once your account has been set up, you will be able to log in with your own email address and password that you set.
Do you already use icanhear.co.nz to order batteries?
You will be able to access using your current user profile, on the icanhear website.
