Customer survey results

Over 52% of you said you first heard about us from family or friends, or from our online presence – website and Facebook. On a scale of 1 to 10, you gave us an average rating of 9 on whether you would recommend Audiology South, and your comments were positive about the service we provided. So thank you for your responses, and for recommending us out there in the community.

Donated, recycled hearing aids

Do you ever wonder what happens to your donated hearing aids? Audiology South works hard to find them new homes.

We recently repurposed several, and Kerry Bullamore and Paula Beeching (pictured) were among the lucky recipients. The supply and fitting is a free service to recipients, and we aim to rehouse donated aids on regular basis as they come in.
