Southland bring home silver

The Invercargill Bowling Club Women's 7's saw success at the National Interclub Sevens Bowling Competition, supported by Audiology South.

Representing Southland on the national stage, the Invercargill Bowling Club Women’s 7’s team came home with a silver medal at the recent Bowls New Zealand National Interclub Sevens Competition, something that hasn’t been achieved for “many, many years”, according to team member, Katherine Matthews.

Audiology South were a major sponsor of the women’s team, supporting them in their ambition to represent Southland on a national stage.

“A massive thanks from myself and the team at Invercargill Bowling Club Women's 7's team for the sponsorship for our trip to represent Southland on a National event held in Auckland”.
