Dear Customers

Like you, we are adapting to this ever-evolving situation and all Audiology South clinics will be closed during the Alert Level 4 Covid-19 Lockdown for the next three days. We will be ready to help you with any of your hearing needs when the NZ government advises it is safe to do so. We will update you as soon as it is safe to open our doors and welcome you back!

For clients with appointments scheduled this week: If you haven't yet heard from us, please be advised your appointment is cancelled. Our staff will contact you again early next week to reschedule or provide alternative support. For clients with appointments scheduled for next week, we will endeavour to contact you as early as possible to advise of any changes. Under Alert levels 4 & 3 we will remain closed for appointments but can provide contactless services including repairs and the supply of hearing aid items. At Alert level 2 we can provide appointments with additional procedures in place.
